Jett's been on several dates with us lately. A friend watched the big kids last Monday so we could take a tour of the new Cowboys stadium. Then, our friends Steve and Sarah took the big kids overnight Sunday so we could have another date. It's been fun to celebrate our 9th anniversary all week!Listening to the tour guide at Cowboys Stadium.Time goes by so quickly when you have a little one. The months have flown by since Jett was born in January. It's hard to believe he's already 4 months old, weighs 13 lbs 13 oz, is 26 inches long, wears size 2 diapers and 3-6 month clothing, rolls over, and wants to sit up.
He is the most easygoing baby. People are constantly commenting on how laid back he is. At Rylee's end-of-the-year party at school, Jett chilled in his car seat (and had a few boys who wanted to play with him) then just fell asleep. Another mom was in awe at how he could just go to sleep with no help and in such a loud environment. I reminded her he is a 4th child and has very rowdy siblings. ...and that I paid my dues in craziness when I had three kids under 3 for a season! God has just blessed me with a very chill 4th bambino.I got out the exersaucer today. Jett seems to like it!
Here he is chillin' by the pool while the big kids take swim lessons. We're squeezing in lessons before we take our trip. It's making for a slightly crazy and busy two weeks!
Ahhh...the joys of falling asleep wherever and whenever you want!
